TANAH JAMBU, Wednesday, 11 December 2024 – The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces concluded a two-day Training Requirement Authority (TRA) Seminar which was conducted from 10 to 11 December 2024.
The TRA Seminar is part of ongoing efforts to bolster the Royal Brunei Armed Forces’ Systems Approach to Training (RBAF SAT) which facilitates top-to-bottom alignment of the delivery of training and ensures the relevancy of courses to match current training requirements.
The seminar was attended by representatives of respective service and functional TRAs and was designed to ensure currency of knowledge of the roles of the TRA in the RBAF SAT process. To maximise value, the seminar was also conducted as a platform for discussion with practitioners to surface ‘ground truths’ and collectively deliberate current challenges from the TRA’s perspective and generate ideas for solutions moving forward towards enhancing the effectiveness of the RBAF SAT.
