TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 11 November 2025 – The second week of the Junior Officer Development Course (JODC) 02/2025 concluded with the completion of the Foundation Skills Module, which laid a strong groundwork for participants to develop professional writing skills essential in military and academic settings.
The module focused on Service Writing and official communication, providing participants with a solid understanding of military documentation formats such as Administrative Instructions and Minutes of Meeting. It aimed to strengthen their ability to produce clear, structured, and purposeful written correspondence.
Participants also gained essential skills in essay writing, research, and critical analysis, combining theory with practical application. These competencies are vital for effective problem-solving and professional growth, marking an important step in preparing future leaders for success in their military and academic careers.
