TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 08 November 2024 – The Leadership and Management Centre Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (LMC DA RBAF) concluded the second session of the RBAF Leadership Model ‘Train the Trainer’ Programme for Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), held from 4 November 2024 to 8 November 2024.
This programme is designed to enhance and deepen participants’ understanding of the five components of the RBAF Leadership Model:  Values, Abilities, Styles, Traits, and Skills. 
The participants, who are instructors from diverse training backgrounds, were also introduced to the frameworks of Professional Military Education and Bloom’s Taxonomy, which can enhance the effective delivery of training and education, particularly in Command, Leadership, and Management. Furthermore, the session also incorporated discussions on best methods and practices, and preparation of Lesson Plans at different levels of education according to the Bloom’s Taxonomy. 
As the designated authority and custodian of Leadership Development in the RBAF, LMC DA RBAF is committed to providing leadership development education and programmes aimed at standardising leadership knowledge across all training units and ranks, in alignment with the RBAF Leadership Model.
