TANAH JAMBU, Wednesday, 07 January 2026 – The Leadership and Management Centre, Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), facilitated the TetraMap Facilitator Certification Course conducted by Dr. Yap Pik Hwee, Raymond of Tetra Excellence Consulting Pte Ltd. The three-day course was held from Monday, 05 January 2026 to Wednesday, 07 January 2026 and was attended by 10 officers and personnels from various units of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
The course introduced the TetraMap Framework, which is designed to enhance understanding of human behavioural diversity in support of stronger teamwork and organisational effectiveness. The objective of the course is to certify the course participants as TetraMap Facilitators, authoring them to facilitate the conduct of TetraMap workshops and to integrate the framework into RBAF training syllabus, leadership development and team management initiatives.
