TANAH JAMBU, 04 October 2024 – During the 6th week of the Intermediate Staff Course (ISC) 24/2024, participants had a local study tour that aimed to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the governmental mechanisms and strategies in combating security threats.
Course participants had the chance to interact and engage with representatives from the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF), National Disaster Management Centre (NDMC) and Cyber Security Brunei (CSB). The sessions provided the course participants with valuable insights in the organisations’ roles and responsibilities, as well as their unique perspectives in building national resilience.
The local study tour is a significant aspect in the security studies as it highlights not only the security strategies of each organisation, but their significant contribution to the realisation of a Whole of Government approach in safeguarding the nation.
