THE RBAF LEADERSHIP MODEL ‘TRAIN THE TRAINER’ PROGRAMME FOR NON-COMISSIONED OFFICERS (NCOs)
TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 08 November 2024 – The Leadership and Management Centre Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (LMC DA RBAF) concluded the second session of the RBAF Leadership Model ‘Train the Trainer’ Programme for Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), held from 4 November 2024 to 8 November 2024.
INTERMEDIATE STAFF COURSE 24/2024 COMMANDANT’S TALK – LEADING THROUGH EDUCATION
TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 18 October 2024 – The Intermediate Staff Course (ISC) 24/2024 have been given the honour to engage with the Commandant of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), Colonel Pengiran Sharifuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusof, where he shared his perspectives on leadership.
INTERMEDIATE STAFF COURSE 24/2024 ISLAMIC & WAR STUDIES
TANAH JAMBU, 13 October 2024 – The Intermediate Staff Course (ISC) 24/2024 Course Participants have wrapped up the Islamic and War Studies module, exploring the events that have shaped Brunei as of today. The course participants have gained an in-depth insight into Islamic and War studies throughout the one-week module from diverse perspectives through engaging lectures, video teleconferences and site visits.
SENIOR WARRANT OFFICER COURSE WORKSHOP – SESSION TWO
TANAH JAMBU, 04 October 2024 – 13 Senior Warrant Officers participated in the second session of the RBAF Senior Warrant Officers Workshop, which focused on security studies. The session aimed to enhance their intellectual capacity and understand the various contemporary security issues regionally and globally. The workshop covered key topics such as Brunei’s foreign policy, ASEAN’s regional role, contemporary security challenges, and RBAF policies and systems. These lessons were delivered by representatives from various departments within the Ministry of Defence, providing participants with valuable insights into regional and global security concerns.
INTERMEDIATE STAFF COURSE SERIES 24/2024 LOCAL STUDY TOUR
TANAH JAMBU, 04 October 2024 – During the 6th week of the Intermediate Staff Course (ISC) 24/2024, participants had a local study tour that aimed to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the governmental mechanisms and strategies in combating security threats.

TANAH JAMBU, 27 September 2024 – The Leadership and Management Centre of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) invited esteemed guest speakers from Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) to address the Intermediate Staff Course 24/2024 on the Islamic Leadership Model and theimportance of well-being to develop proficiency in leadership skills.
